Chana Masala - Ready in 15 minutes!



Chana Masala is the Indian traditional dish.
It's just chickpeas in the aromatic gravy.
It's delicious, simple and healthy meal!
I'm sure everybody will enjoy it!

Ingredients list:

2 cans of chickpeas
1/2 of onion
2 cloves of garlic
piece of ginger
1/2 can of tomatoes
bay leaf
chilli
turmenic
chana masala spice
3 table spoons of yogurt
cilantro

Chop the onion, garlic, ginger, chilli and cilantro.
Heat the oil.
Add bay leaf, onion, garlic, bay leaf and chilli.
Fry until it become golden brown.
Add the tomatoes.
Blend it.
Add the rest of the ingredients (exept yogurt).
Bring to boil and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Add yogurt.
Serve with indian flatbreads and rice :)
